A rural location ideally situated for exploring the moorland, combined with spectacular sea views out across the large garden.
Higher Roskestal attracts many returning guests with its spacious accommodation and comfortable living. From any of the bedrooms, enjoy sea views across the large garden which makes a perfect, quiet location for al fresco dining in the summer months.
The house is the perfect choice for inter-generational families or couples holidaying together. The master bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and the attractive twin bedroom also has an en-suite, leaving the other bedroom in possession of the separate bathroom. Peace and privacy all round!
The rooms are flooded with light from east and west and the world seems a quieter place, snug by the woodburner or relaxing in the garden.
There is an outhouse with plenty of room for bikes, surfboards and wellies.
Wi-Fi was installed in 2015.
Porthgwarra Cove is a three minute drive or fifteen minute walk down the road and then along the footpath. Stretch your legs a little further and you will arrive at the medieval church of St Levan folded into the hills and then the Minack Theatre cut into the granite cliff face. There are plenty more cliff walks, as well as gardens and galleries to visit.
Please note the changeover day is a Saturday.
